Terms of Service 📋

Our terms and conditions for all services

•All services require a 50% deposit before project commencement.

•Final payment is due upon project completion.

•Revisions are specific to project type/package, with larger projects having more revisions and simpler ones having a minimum of 1 revision.

•Each project has its own timeline that will be explicitly written in the description of each package at the time of booking or consultation.

•Clients retain full rights to all final deliverables upon final payment, unless something different has been negotiated before starting the project.

Cancellation Policies ❌

Our cancellation and refund policies

•The deposit is non-refundable once paid, but we are willing to reschedule if the customer has a problem with the booked dates. Some reschedules may have an extra fee, depending on the case, how busy the company is, and the reason for cancellation/reschedule.

•Projects cancelled within 24 hours could be deducted 100% without refund depending on the occasion/project, company loss, and reason for cancellation.

•Emergency cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances COULD receive a HIGHER or even a full refund upon request. We understand these things can happen and are out of both our and your hands. Rescheduling for this reason will never have an extra fee.

•Normally, rescheduling is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled session without extra fees.

•Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after cancellation approval, depending on the bank and how busy the company is.

Delivery Policies 🚚

Our delivery and shipping policies

•Deliveries vary completely by package/project type and each delivery time will be explicitly stated in the package at the time of booking or during consultation.

•Digital files are delivered via secure cloud storage with download links.

•Physical products are shipped via tracked delivery service.

•Each type of project is different, but based on how busy the company is and the type of project, we can provide rush delivery and the fee will vary based on that.

•All deliveries include quality assurance checks before shipment.

•We collect only the information necessary to provide our services to you.

•Your personal information will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

•We use SSL encryption to protect all transmitted data.

•We maintain secure backups of your files and projects for 1-6 months.

•All original content created by AShutter Media is protected by copyright law.

•Clients receive full commercial usage rights upon final payment completion, unless something different has been negotiated before starting the project.

•Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our work is strictly prohibited.

•We respect third-party copyrights and require proper licensing for all materials.

•Copyright infringement claims are handled promptly and professionally.
