What is your typical project workflow?

How do you handle revisions and feedback?
Each project type and package has its own specific number of revisions included. Larger projects include more revisions, while simpler projects may have a minimum of 1 revision. This information will be clearly displayed when booking each package for every service category.
What file formats do you deliver?
We deliver in all standard formats: JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, PSD, MP4, and more.
Do you provide ongoing support after project completion?
Yes, we offer 7 days of support after project delivery. Please note that support is different from revisions. Each project is handled as a unique case with the appropriate level of attention based on our current company workload and priorities.
What happens if I need changes after the project is finished?
Additional changes are charged at our hourly rate after the 7-day support period. Pricing may vary based on our current company workload and priorities.

Payment methods and pricing information

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, cash, transfers from PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and Revolut. Depending on the project, we may also be open to negotiating with cryptocurrencies, trades, or other offers beyond the previously mentioned methods.
When is payment due for projects?
50% deposit before project start, remaining 50% upon completion.
Do you offer payment plans or installments?
Yes, we can arrange flexible payment plans for larger projects.
What is included in your pricing?
From consultation, management, creation, revisions, source and final files, and commercial usage rights are all included.
Are there any additional fees or hidden costs?
No hidden fees. All costs are discussed and agreed upon before project start.

How long does a typical project take to complete?
Each project/package has its own timeline that will be explicitly written in the description of each package at the time of booking. You can always consult directly with us for specific timeline information.

Can project deadlines be expedited?
Depending on how busy the company is, rush jobs may be available for an extra fee. If you need delivery faster than the normal service timeline, please let us know during consultation/confirmation and the information about the extra fee will be provided, as this can vary depending on the type/category of the project.
How do you handle project delays?
Although this is extremely rare and has never happened to us, we understand that things can happen. In such cases, we communicate delays immediately and adjust timelines accordingly.

Initial concepts, first draft, revision rounds, and final delivery.

How do you deliver completed projects?
1. In the "Download your files" section of our website with your unique and secure code ready to download.
2. The same link will be sent directly to your email.
3. Depending on the project, a complete and unique webpage will be sent to your email with your project.
What file formats and sizes do you provide?
High-resolution files in multiple formats suitable for print and web use. Depending on the project type, all final information will be available at the time of booking, during consultation with us, or by request if you need a specific format and size after initial delivery.
How long do you keep project files available?
Files are typically stored for 1 month after project completion, depending on our current company workload and priorities.
Do you provide source files and editable versions?
This depends entirely on the project. Usually, source files need to be requested during consultation/confirmation or at the final delivery of editable/final versions.
What if I lose the files after delivery?
We can resend files within our storage period at no charge. Normally, depending on the project, we keep files for 1 month, though more complex or larger projects may be stored longer. This also depends on how busy the company is at the moment and our current priorities.

Who owns the rights to the final work?
You receive full commercial usage rights upon final payment, unless something different has been negotiated previously before starting the project.

We prefer original content but use licensed stock images/videos when appropriate.
